Anup Sridhar
- Anup Sridhar is one of the best sportsmen India has ever produced.
- He represented India at the Beijing Olympics in 2008, won a medal at the Commonwealth Games in 2006 and also represented India in the 2006 Asian Games.
- He was Awarded the Arjuna Award by the President of India in 2008. He has multiple National Championships titles among many other national ranking titles and has won 3 international titles.
- He has played 2 seasons in the elite division of the Danish Badminton League and 1 season in the 1st division of the French League.
- Among his most memorable wins was beating Taufik Hidayat in the World Championships en route to the quarterfinals on the 2007 World Championships. He has also beaten Peter Gade, Park Sung Hwan, Wong Choon Han, Tien Minh, Shoji Sato and many other top 10 players.
